Hello there! I’m Arianna!
Making the choice to take charge of your mental health takes a lot of courage, be proud of the steps you’re taking for yourself! As a therapist, I am committed to working with you on your journey of personal growth, and self-discovery based on your needs and preferences. I value genuine human connection and curiosity in therapy and want to work with you to achieve your goals, the way that works for you, while emphasizing your own capacity for self-healing and growth! My technique centers on building a healing therapeutic relationship to explore your experiences, to define who you are and want to be, to recognize and build on your strengths, and to understand and process the emotions, thoughts and situations that make life complicated. My approach is holistic in nature, integrating mind-body practices with traditional therapeutic techniques to tailor interventions that best suit your needs and preferences. By utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT among others, and adapting them to be personal to you, I will work to meet you wherever you are in your journey to achieve your goals.
I believe in the transformative power of empathy and authenticity in therapy, building self-advocacy and awareness, understanding of yourself and others, and resilience. I aim to empower my clients with a non-judgmental, strengths-based approach, where we work together to create a supportive environment in which you feel seen, heard, understood. I understand the importance of creating an inclusive space where my clients feel recognized and respected for their identities and experiences. You are the expert in your life, and I hope we can work together to create a space that feels validating and supportive for you, whatever that might look like. Whether you know exactly what you want from therapy, or you have no idea, whatever path has led you here, sometimes we all need someone in our corner to be the best versions of ourselves. I’m looking forward to seeing the meaningful work we can do together!
