Therapy provides a collaborative environment where I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify patterns that are no longer effective in coping with stressors in your life. I also use other modalities that focus on trauma such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to address and heal long held wounds. My goal is to provide a safe place where clients can understand their feelings and cultivate self-compassion and facilitate personal growth.
