“Hello, I'm Ann Riley, and I'm a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate through life's most challenging transitions. I believe that it is normal for someone to have lost themselves while traveling through life and need someone to help navigate. The journey to good mental health comes from regaining perspective on what's important, and becoming more authentic. I am experienced in helping my clients become more aware of their automatic thoughts and behaviors and work toward a more intentional life.  I can help you with building good and safe boundaries while still allowing love into your life. My areas of expertise include ADHD, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, personal identity issues, women's issues, substance use struggles, relationships, body image, loss, and generally facing an ever-changing life landscape.
