Huron Valley Consultation Center is committed to patient care and is eager to receive feedback about how we are doing, both positive and negative. Our Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire can be accessed online through the patient portal and we encourage you to fill it out. Periodically, you will be sent a satisfaction survey through the patient portal so we can get regular feedback.
