Mental health is an important aspect of human nature. Often, our experiences and illness in life can lead us to beliefs, behaviors, or conclusions which discourage our growth and dreams. I use tools from my background in developmental psychology, goal centered personal growth work, and Holistic healing. I support my clients through a creative process of self-healing by re-energizing their spirits and dreams. At whatever current stage of development and whatever impediment, I warmly meet a client. Regaining self-confidence and mental wellness helps my clients move forward. To meet their goals and challenges from a space of sound mental health is my goal.
