My focus in therapy is to help clients explore their identified concerns and goals in a compassionate, supportive 
environment, with an end goal of improving their quality of life.  I have had 30 years in the field of mental health, 
and enjoy working with children, families, and adults.  My approach is developed based on the individual needs 
of the client.  I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT.)
